If you suspect unauthorized access to your 48jl account, you must notify 48jl support immediately. 48jl is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security, except where such unauthorized access results from 48jl's own proven negligence.
You must ensure that all information on your 48jl account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be made through the official account settings panel and may be subject to re-verification. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Your 48jl account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance therein to any other person. Any attempt to do so will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
48jl currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All payment accounts used for deposits or withdrawals must be registered under the same legal name as the verified 48jl account. Third-party payments are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC). GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 6:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on business days are typically processed on the same day. 48jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals at any time.
All transactions on the 48jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Players depositing funds via GCash or Philippine bank accounts will not incur currency conversion fees. 48jl does not guarantee exchange rates for any transactions involving foreign currencies.
48jl is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including Republic Act 9160 as amended, and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. 48jl is required to monitor, report, and where necessary, temporarily hold transactions that trigger AML review thresholds. Players may be required to provide additional documentation regarding the source of funds deposited to their 48jl account.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available on the 48jl platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Players are required to read and understand the terms of each individual promotion before claiming. General principles applicable to all 48jl bonuses include:

Bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of withdrawal or modification will be honoured under the original terms unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
All random number generator (RNG)-based games available on the 48jl platform — including slots, RNG table games, and skill games — use independently audited and certified RNG software that complies with PAGCOR's technical standards for randomness and fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers on camera; no RNG software is involved in live game outcomes.
48jl publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game's information panel. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical average return to players over a large number of game rounds; they do not guarantee results for any individual session, and actual results in any given session may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity disruption that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, 48jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. Winnings generated from a verifiably erroneous game outcome are not payable. 48jl is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

All content on the 48jl platform — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of 48jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 48jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 48jl content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of 48jl intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 48jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 48jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
48jl is not liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data or account information; or damages resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 48jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
48jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if 48jl reasonably believes that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or AML-triggering activity; the account is held by an ineligible person (including an underage person); or closure is required by a PAGCOR directive or court order.
If an account is closed by 48jl for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-restricted amounts) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
If an account is closed due to fraud, breach of Terms, or AML investigation, 48jl reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and PAGCOR reporting, and may forfeit the balance where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed.
Players may close their 48jl account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method. Pending bonus wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
48jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 48jl will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by a prominently displayed notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 48jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.3. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 48jl.club/terms-conditions.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 48jl platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between you and 48jl shall first be submitted to 48jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If a dispute is not resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days of formal submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channel, in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute handling procedures for licensed operators. Players retain all rights to seek legal recourse through Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
